Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. Start an exciting contract opportunity as a school-based Occupational Therapist and make a direct impact on student success and well-being. This position offers the chance to work with students across varying grades during the Extended School Year (ESY) program and later move into a high school-focused role for the 2026/2027 academic year. Situated in a supportive educational environment near Concord, NH, you'll collaborate with educators and families to help students reach their fullest potential.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Valid OT licensure in NH (or eligible for licensure) Experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred Familiarity with creating and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to adapt interventions for diverse learning needs
Role Overview:
Provide occupational therapy services to students during the ESY program (4.5 hours/day, Monday-Thursday; grade levels vary) Assess, plan, and deliver therapy to meet each student's individual goals Transition to full-time hours (7.5 hours/day, 35 hours/week) during the 2026/2027 academic year, serving high school students Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy recommendations Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports Support inclusive practices and foster student independence in both academic and daily activities Working as a contract Occupational Therapist in this dynamic school environment, you'll enjoy the opportunity to develop strong relationships with students and be part of a collaborative, mission-driven setting.
