  • Maintain professional knowledge.
  • Comply with regulations. Certifications/Requirements
  • Occupational Therapist, Registered (OTR) credential from NBCOT required.
  • Masters or Doctoral degree in OT from ACOTE-accredited program.
  • State licensure required (OTR/L).
  • CPR/BLS certification. Experience
  • Master of Occupational Therapy (MOT) or Occupational Therapy Doctorate (OTD)from ACOTE-accredited program.
  • Level II Fieldwork (6 monthsminimum).
