Occupational Therapist, Inpatient, Per Diem

Position Summary To administer Occupational Therapy evaluations and treatments according to established standard of Occupational Therapy, and physician's referral and Occupational Therapy plan of care. Primary Position Responsibilities Evaluates all patients identifying the patient's primary problems and develops a treatment plan. Performs and modifies/updates patient treatment programs to maximize patient outcomes. Documents information to assure continuity of care and maximize reimbursement. Maintains schedule to attain productivity standards.
