We are currently seeking a passionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our interdisciplinary team. What You'll Do:

Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for residents with neurological impairments Address a range of needs including community reintegration, self-care, fine and gross motor skills, social skills, ADL's, IADL's, and leisure skills Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care Document and track progress toward measurable goals in accordance with regulatory standards Support and educate residents, families, and caregivers on their plan of care and therapy goals.

What We're Looking For:

Valid Occupational Therapy License in the state of NJ Current CPR certification Passion for working with a neurologically impaired young adult population Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply•mentorship available
