Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and personable full-time Occupational Therapist to join our team in our Freehold location. Ideal candidates have a minimum of one year of experience and a passion for orthopedic and post-surgical rehabilitation. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic and post-surgical needs. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities and quality of life. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated, comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercises, and lifestyle adjustments to enhance recovery. Document patient progress accurately and update treatment plans as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Licensed Occupational Therapist in New Jersey. Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred, with a focus on orthopedic or post-surgical rehabilitation. Strong interpersonal skills, with a commitment to teamwork and patient-centered care. Flexible schedule within clinic hours:
