Occupational Therapist Weekend - Day (Per Diem)

The Occupational Therapist provides occupational therapy services to individuals and their families in a team relationship with other health care providers in a setting that is designated by the department.

Qualifications:

Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:

Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy school. For cost center 6367 only: One to two years of clinical experience, within the past five years in an inpatient facility or home health agency. For cost center 6368 only: One to two years of pediatric occupational therapy experience or strong pediatric affiliation.

Licenses and Certifications Required:
