Responsibilities Perform comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and functional assessments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and clinical findings Help patients improve activities of daily living (ADLs), functional mobility, coordination, strength, and independence Provide therapeutic exercises, neuromuscular re-education, and functional training Educate patients and caregivers on home programs, adaptive equipment, and injury prevention strategies Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes Deliver exceptional patient care in a positive and supportive environment Qualifications Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program New Jersey Occupational Therapy License Team-oriented mindset and commitment to high-quality patient care If you are looking for a rewarding opportunity with competitive compensation, bonus potential, excellent benefits, and the ability to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives, we encourage you to apply today.
