Pediatric Occupational Therapist Sensory Pathway Center 399 Ridge Road, Dayton, NJ 08810 Part-time Part-time Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children, adolescents, and young adults? About Us:
We are a dedicated outpatient occupational therapy clinic located in the heart of Dayton, NJ, committed to providing exceptional care and support to our clients and their families. Our team is a dynamic group of professionals who are enthusiastic about fostering growth and development in a warm and welcoming environment.
Position Overview:
We seek a motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team on a part-time basis with the potential to transition into a full-time role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, excellent communication skills, and a collaborative spirit.
Responsibilities:
Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients. Implement therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care. Monitor and document progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Provide education and support to families to reinforce therapy goals at home.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in New Jersey. Experience working in an occupational therapy clinic is preferred. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
