Our clinic is equipped with an innovative sensory gym, sensory room, and state-of-the-art interactive projector—allowing clinicians to prioritize regulation, movement, and engagement while supporting functional skill development. We provide comprehensive evaluations, individual and group therapy (in-person and online), and collaborative services across disciplines. Position Overview:

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Per Diem Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our growing interdisciplinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for clinicians seeking extremely flexible scheduling — with available hours in the morning, after school, evenings, and weekends. We welcome both experienced therapists and new graduates. Fieldwork students finishing in the spring or summer are encouraged to apply now to secure a position with our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting sensory, motor, and functional skills Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions (in-person; teletherapy opportunities may be available) Maintain accurate documentation in our EMR system Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other providers to promote generalization of skills Participate in team discussions and contribute to our mission-driven, neurodiversity-affirming practice

Qualifications:
