Our mission is to empower individuals with developmental disabilities to lead meaningful, independent lives in a nurturing environment. Overview We are seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to support individuals with disabilities in achieving greater independence and enhancing daily life skills through personalized interventions. Key Responsibilities Assess patients' functional abilities and develop tailored therapy plans. Provide interventions to improve fine motor skills, self-care, and adaptive techniques. Recommend and train patients in the use of assistive devices and modifications. Collaborate with families and other professionals to create a supportive care network. Monitor progress, adjust therapy plans as needed, and educate caregivers on home-based strategies. Qualifications Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Valid state OT license. Experience with individuals with disabilities preferred. Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills. Work Environment Services may be provided in clinics, homes, schools, or community settings.
