Pediatric Occupational Therapist - Part Time

Alta Pediatric Therapy is a family-centered outpatient practice dedicated to helping children build the skills they need to thrive in daily life. We specialize in supporting children with sensory processing differences, developmental delays, and functional challenges through engaging, play-based therapy. We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Occupational Therapist (OTR) to join our team. This role primarily supports after-school therapy sessions. The ideal candidate is energetic, flexible, and passionate about working with children in a collaborative, supportive environment. Provide direct, hands-on therapy to pediatric clients in a clinic setting Facilitate engaging, play-based interventions targeting sensory processing, fine motor, self-regulation, and functional skills Accurately document treatment sessions and progress notes in a timely manner Communicate effectively regarding client progress and needs Support a positive, welcoming environment for children and families Schedule & Availability Typical shift: Afternoon hours either 1 to 3 afternoons per week depending upon availability Qualifications Current state licensure Occupational Therapy licensure Pediatric experience preferred (clinic or school-based) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work collaboratively within a team What We Offer Supportive, team-oriented culture Opportunity to work in a growing pediatric practice Meaningful, hands-on experience with a diverse pediatric population Ideal Candidate Enjoys working with children and families in a dynamic setting Brings positive energy to after-school sessions Is dependable and consistent with availability Values collaboration and ongoing learning

Pay:

$45.00 - $60.00 per hour
