1 Description American Traveler is hiring a travel Occupational Therapist for an acute care hospital position in New Jersey, requiring neurological population experience and an active NJ license. Details Acute care hospital setting with potential floating between the ARU and inpatient units Day shift schedule, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM or 7:30 AM-4:00 PM (5x8-hour shifts) Adult and geriatric patient population with a focus on evaluation and treatment Experience with neurological populations required Charting performed in Cerner Millennium No weekend or on-call requirements 13-week contract Requirements Active NJ OT license required (license required if applicable) Current BLS certification required Experience with neurological patient populations required PAMs, MoCA, and resting hand splint experience preferred Cerner Millennium experience preferred Two current professional references required for consideration Additional Information Perform occupational therapy evaluation and treatment for adult and geriatric patients Navy blue scrubs required Acrylic or artificial nails are not permitted; nails must be kept clean, short, and free of distracting polish designs No parking fee at the Wayne location Candidates living within 50 miles of the facility may be subject to a reduced travel pay rate
