Responsibilities Evaluate and treat pediatric fine motor, sensory, self-care, and developmental needs Create individualized treatment plans Provide engaging therapy sessions that support each child's ABA goals Track progress and maintain documentation Collaborate with ABA therapists, families, caregivers, and clinical team members Educate families on home exercises and daily living skill strategies Qualifications Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Active NJ or NY Occupational Therapist license required Pediatric or early intervention experience preferred Strong communication and collaboration skills Compassionate approach to working with children and families Position Details Full-time Supportive clinical environment Competitive compensation Join our team and help children build independence, developmental skills, and confidence through coordinated, compassionate care.
