Job Description

Overview:
Restore Physical Therapy, LLC is committed to providing one-on-one, community-based therapy services to athletes, older adults, and individuals supported through the DD Waiver program. We take a collaborative approach to care, actively participating in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings and integrating our professional recommendations into each Individual Service Plan (ISP) to support meaningful progress toward independence. We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team as an independent contractor . The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, skilled in functional assessment and intervention, and committed to helping clients achieve greater independence and participation in daily life.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations to identify functional limitations and goals. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's needs and daily environments. Participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings and provide professional input for ISP development. Provide interventions focused on improving fine motor skills, ADL performance, coordination, and adaptive techniques. Recommend and train clients and caregivers on the use of adaptive equipment and environmental modifications. Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and progress reports in a timely and professional manner. Educate and support caregivers and IDT members in implementing therapeutic strategies within the home or community setting.
Qualifications:
Master's or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist. Excellent assessment, communication, and documentation skills. Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, but not required. Must carry professional liability insurance (as a 1099 contractor).
Compensation:
Competitive pay based on experience and caseload. Flexible, contract-based schedule with opportunities for consistent referrals.
