7:30 AM•4:30 PM Position Overview We are seeking a qualified and student-centered Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide school-based services for students at Valencia High School and Ann Parish Elementary School during the 2026-2027 school year. The Occupational Therapist will evaluate students, develop individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with educational teams to support student participation and success in the school environment. Caseload numbers have not yet been determined. Responsibilities Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments. Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals. Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students. Collaborate with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families to support student achievement. Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions. Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records. Supervise and collaborate with Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), when applicable. Recommend adaptive equipment, environmental modifications, and strategies to support student access and participation. Qualifications Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist. NBCOT certification preferred. School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required. Strong communication, organizational, and interdisciplinary collaboration skills.
