Job Description

Category Therapy - Skilled - OT Job Type Contract Make a significant difference in the lives of students by providing dedicated occupational therapy services in a supportive educational setting near Montezuma, NM. This part-time contract opportunity is designed for an enthusiastic therapist seeking to build meaningful relationships across a variety of school sites while enjoying a flexible school-year schedule.
Assignment Details:
Part-time contract position: August 6, 2026 - May 27, 2027 Approximately 20 hours per week Onsite services only, serving a diverse caseload (about .4 FTE) spread across 5 schools
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver occupational therapy that aligns with students' IEP goals to promote their participation and success in academic and daily activities Perform comprehensive evaluations, lead therapy sessions, and rigorously monitor student progress Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to optimize outcomes for every student Maintain accurate and compliant records, contributing to coordinated and effective care Empower students by facilitating their access to functional, inclusive, and supportive school environments
Qualifications:
