13 Weeks Position Overview Inabia Solutions & Consulting is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a 13-week travel assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Socorro, New Mexico. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing therapy team in a supportive, patient-centered rehab environment. This role is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about restoring independence and improving quality of life for patients in a post-acute care setting. Key Responsibilities Evaluate and treat patients with physical, cognitive, and functional impairments Develop and implement individualized treatment plans Deliver therapy services in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions as needed Educate patients and caregivers on adaptive strategies and equipment use Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Required Qualifications Active Occupational Therapist (OT) license (New Mexico or eligible) Minimum 1+ year of OT experience , preferably in SNF or rehab settings Strong clinical reasoning and patient care skills Excellent communication and documentation abilities
