Our continuing care community offers a comprehensive range of services, including short-term rehabilitation, 24-hour long-term nursing care, memory care neighborhood, and medical services. We strive to create an environment that supports the well-being of all our guests, and we're looking for a dedicated OT to join our team!

  • + Design and implement individualized occupational therapy plans to promote independence, functional ability, and overall well-being of our guests + Conduct thorough evaluations, assessments, and screenings to identify areas for improvement + Develop and implement creative, client-centered treatment plans to address cognitive, physical, and emotional needs + Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication + Provide educational support and training to guests, families, and caregivers •
Requirements:
