Job description Occupational Therapist (OT) - School Based (LOA Coverage) Henderson, NV (Cadence Area) $53-$72 per hour 2025-2026 School Year AB Staffing is seeking a School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) for a long-term LOA coverage assignment at a single school site in the Henderson, NV (Cadence area) for the 2025-2026 school year. This role offers consistent weekday hours , a stable caseload , and no floating between schools .

Full-time school hours | ~37.5 hours per week

Weekly Pay:

$1,988-$2,700 Caseload details shared prior to offer for transparency and fit

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct student evaluations using standardized assessments. Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans. Deliver therapy services supporting academic and functional outcomes. Collaborate with school staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams. Maintain compliant and timely documentation. Foster a safe, inclusive learning environment.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy. Active Nevada OT License (OTR/L). School-based or pediatric experience preferred. BLS/CPR certification. Ability to meet standard pre-employment requirements.
