Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OT)

As we continue growing our services for children and families, we are excited to add Occupational Therapy to our multidisciplinary team. We are looking for a compassionate, creative, and collaborative Occupational Therapist who is passionate about helping children develop the skills they need to thrive in everyday life. At Spectrum Squad, we believe every child deserves individualized, family-centered care in a supportive and engaging environment. Our team works together to empower children while equipping families with the tools and confidence to support continued growth beyond therapy sessions. What You'll Do Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments. Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child's strengths, goals, and developmental needs. Provide evidence-based occupational therapy services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. Address fine motor skills, visual motor integration, sensory processing, emotional regulation, self-care, handwriting, feeding (if applicable), executive functioning, and daily living skills. Collaborate with BCBAs, Speech-Language Pathologists, physicians, educators, and families to provide coordinated, holistic care. Educate and coach parents and caregivers on strategies to support skill development at home and in the community. Maintain accurate, timely documentation in accordance with insurance and regulatory requirements. Participate in interdisciplinary treatment team meetings. Monitor client progress and modify treatment plans as needed. Help develop and grow Spectrum Squad's Occupational Therapy program. Qualifications Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Current Nevada Occupational Therapist License (or eligible for licensure). NBCOT certification required. Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly children with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities, is preferred but not required. Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. Ability to build meaningful relationships with children and families. Passion for providing compassionate, family-centered care.
