Job Description

Pediatric Occupational Therapist - Contract Position Young Consulting Group is seeking a compassionate PRN Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide evidence-based, in-home therapy for medically complex infants and young children , working closely with families to support their development and daily functioning. Young Consulting Group comprises a team of allied health professionals - physical therapists , speech-language pathologists , and occupational therapists - committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based pediatric care for medically complex patients in the Las Vegas valley. We regularly collaborate with specialists locally and in neighboring states to ensure families receive essential care for NICU graduates , toddlers , and school-aged children . Our therapists focus on addressing family needs and enhancing the functional abilities of our young patients.
Schedule:
PRN | Monday-Saturday | Flexible schedule
Pay Range:
$70-$90 per hour Caseload Focus Medically complex infants and young children Developmental delays, sensory processing challenges, and functional skill development Family-centered, home-based interventions What You'll Do Evaluate infants and young children in the home setting Develop and implement individualized pediatric OT treatment plans Address fine motor, sensory processing, self-care, cognitive, and emotional needs Educate and coach parents and caregivers for carryover at home Monitor, document, and report patient progress Collaborate with pediatricians, school-based therapists, and allied health professionals Recommend and train families on adaptive equipment and assistive devices What We're Looking For Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of practice 1+ years of pediatric OT experience (home health preferred) Comfort working with medically complex pediatric populations Strong communication skills and a compassionate, family-centered approach Physical & Work Requirements Ability to lift/transfer up to 50 lbs Comfortable working in varied home environments Able to respond calmly in high-stress or emergency situations ✨ Flexible PRN schedule ✨ Evidence-based pediatric care ✨ Supportive, collaborative team Apply now or message us to learn more.
