What we'd love to see: Current, active Occupational Therapist license for Nevada Background in school-based, healthcare, and home health settings for OT Experience working with diverse populations of K-12 students Understanding of IEPs, progress documentation, and intervention planning Strong communication and collaboration skills Key responsibilities: Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with IEP goals Assess student needs and develop individualized plans focusing on functional, academic, and social participation Coordinate with staff and families to support classroom modifications and sensory strategies Maintain accurate records, document progress, and contribute to team meetings and parent conferences Support transitions and adaptive equipment recommendations as needed The schedule consists of 37.5 hours per week, spread across 5 weekdays, allowing for work-life balance while making a difference in school communities.
