Qualifications:
Valid and current State Occupational Therapist license Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred Proficiency with IEPs and goal development for students Strong communication and organization skills Flexibility and eagerness to adapt to new settings and routines
Responsibilities:
Assess and develop individualized therapy plans for students Work alongside teachers, families, and support staff to integrate therapy into daily activities Document progress and maintain detailed records in compliance with school and state mandates Attend and contribute to IEP meetings Provide therapeutic interventions that promote development and independence
