00 per hour Join Our Compassionate Healthcare Team as an Occupational Therapist! As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a key role in evaluating, developing, and implementing treatment plans for residents, working to help them achieve functional independence.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and develop treatment plans for residents based on their medical diagnoses. Implement treatment plans to improve residents' goals toward functional independence. Assess and document residents' progress in detailed re-certifications, progress reports, and daily notes. Maintain resident confidence by ensuring the confidentiality of all information. Maintain documentation of resident care services by auditing resident and department records. Assume responsibility for clinically supervising occupational therapy assistants . Participate in care plan meetings and contribute to related documentation. Plan, develop, and organize OT-related reports and data tracking as directed by the Rehab Director. Assist in departmental projects as needed.
Requirements:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Current New York State Occupational Therapist License. Experience is a plus, though not required. What You Can Expect from
