Occupational Therapist School Setting - Hamburg, NY

Your knowledge as a licensed Occupational Therapist, especially in a school-based environment, will enable you to collaborate with educators and families as you help students grow and thrive. Desired Experience & Qualifications:

Valid Occupational Therapist license Experience in school-based OT, specifically working with elementary-aged children Strong communication and collaborative skills Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families Organizational skills for managing caseloads and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

Assess students' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver direct therapy services with creativity and compassion Consult with teachers to implement OT-related classroom strategies Maintain accurate and timely records of evaluations, progress, and recommendations Participate in multi-disciplinary meetings to support student success
