$50-$60 per hour (based on experience) Join Our Team as an Occupational Therapist! Nassau Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate and motivated Occupational Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. In this role, you'll help residents regain independence and improve their quality of life through personalized therapy plans. You'll also collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals in a supportive, team-focused environment where your work truly makes an impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct evaluations and create individualized treatment plans tailored to residents' goals. Deliver engaging, evidence-based interventions to promote independence in daily living. Monitor and document resident progress, making adjustments as needed. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care. Support residents recovering from illness, injury, or disability through rehabilitation services. Maintain accurate documentation while safeguarding resident confidentiality. Foster a positive, respectful, and compassionate care environment.
Qualifications:
Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program. Active New York Occupational Therapist license. Previous experience in long-term care or skilled nursing facilities preferred. Why Choose Us?
