Pediatric Occupational Therapist or OTA Job Summary:

Homeside Rehab is seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist / OTA to join our team. As a pediatric occupational therapist, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' lives while enjoying the flexibility and support you deserve.

Job Responsibilities:

Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans based on patients' needs and goals Provide evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to relieve pain, improve mobility, and restore function Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure coordinated and effective treatment Communicate effectively with office staff, patients, and caregivers

Job Qualifications:

Active NYS Occupational Therapy License (Required) Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication

Preferred:

1 year of experience in Home Health, Outpatient, or Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) settings Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Pediatric experience is preferred

$65.00 - $80.00 per hour

Schedule Flexibility:

Choose your own hours, day and evening shifts available, Monday to Friday, with weekend availability as needed
