Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Current New York Occupational Therapist Registration (OTR) Experience in schools, teletherapy, home health, and healthcare preferred Proven leadership and supervisory abilities; prior team supervision highly valued Confidence in supporting other OTs and fostering a team environment Commitment to school-aged populations and flexible working models
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct OT services to students during both ESY and school-year sessions Lead, mentor, and supervise fellow occupational therapists Implement and adapt individualized treatment plans Collaborate with educational staff, families, and healthcare professionals Contribute to student progress and program development
