Job Description
Located in Long Island City, Dexterity Hand Therapy is an occupational therapy practice providing expert, personalized shoulder-to-hand therapy in an inviting space. We focus on collaboration and data-driven care to empower clients to find balance and flow in their lives. We use creative measures in our treatment and strive to be the sought-out rehabilitative service for creatives. Clients trust us because we are the only 1 on 1 Certified Hand Therapists in Long Island City. As our practice grows, we are looking for an Occupational Therapist and Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) to help maintain our expert level of upper extremity care. Bonus points if you have a creative hobby or play an instrument. Applicants with 2+ years of hand therapy experience will be considered, even without CHT certification. Sessions are a combination of manual therapy, activity simulation, splinting, and therapeutic exercises at the practitioner's discretion. All treatments are one-on-one for 45 minutes.
