We are passionate about empowering both our clinicians and the families we serve.Job Overview:
Beanstalk Academy is seeking compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapists to provide early intervention services to children ages 0-3. This role focuses on supporting developmental milestones through play-based, individualized therapy in natural environments such as the home, daycare, or clinic. You will work closely with families and a multidisciplinary team to help children build essential skills for independence and daily functioning.Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to children ages 0-3 Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Address fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, self-help, and developmental skills Implement evidence-based, play-based therapeutic interventions Educate and coach parents/caregivers to support skill carryover in daily routines Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and reports in compliance with EI guidelines Participate in meetingsQualifications:
Master's degree in Occupational Therapy required Current NYS licensure as an Occupational Therapist Experience in pediatrics or early intervention preferred Strong understanding of child development and sensory integration principles Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independentlyPreferred Qualifications:
Experience with early intervention (ages 0-3) Familiarity with IFSPs and family-centered service modelsSchedule & Work Environment:
