Job Description

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Key Qualifications and Skills:
Valid Occupational Therapy license and registration in New York State Experience working in school settings, home health, or other healthcare OT environments Strong communication abilities to collaborate with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans for students with diverse needs Adaptability and problem-solving skills essential for dynamic educational settings
Responsibilities:
Evaluate students and develop tailored treatment plans to enhance academic performance and life skills Collaborate with educators, support staff, and families to integrate therapeutic goals into the classroom Maintain accurate documentation in line with school and state requirements Deliver direct and consultative therapy services within school and, if needed, home environments Participate in IEP meetings and provide input for ongoing student development In addition to a highly competitive compensation structure, you'll receive weekly pay for your expertise and dedication.
