In this role, you will work with pediatric patients (birth to 5 years old) at various locations in the community, providing occupational therapy services to enhance fine motor skills, self-help skills and address sensory processing needs. You will coach and empower children and their caregivers while working for a company that aims to empower you as well! Immediate full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities available in Erie, Niagara, and Wyoming Counties, NY. Enjoy the flexibility of choosing your own hours and days, Monday-Friday. Duties Implement individualized therapy plans as stated in the child's IEP or IFSP. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to support progress. Monitor patient progress, assess current skill level and adjust therapy goals and objectives as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. Educate families about motor development, self-help skills, sensory processing differences, therapy techniques, and strategies for supporting their child's development at home. Maintain accurate documentation of progress. Experience Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
