Occupational Therapist (OT) - Full-Time Williamsville Suburban Care Center Williamsville, NY $38-$44/hour Post Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a dedicated therapist who enjoys helping residents improve daily function, increase independence, and achieve meaningful recovery goals in a supportive care environment.

What You'll Do:

Perform occupational therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment programs Provide treatment focused on daily living skills, cognitive function, upper extremity strength, coordination, and safety awareness Recommend adaptive equipment and strategies to support resident independence Collaborate with rehab staff, nursing, physicians, and families to coordinate patient-centered care Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:
