As a PRN Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping our patients achieve their maximum potential and independence.
Responsibilities:
Provide occupational therapy services to patients with a wide range of diagnoses and needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote recovery, independence, and overall well-being Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and effective communication Conduct assessments, evaluations, and interventions to address patient goals and outcomes Maintain accurate and timely records of patient progress and treatment plans Participate in patient care conferences and family meetings to keep patients and families informed About the
