School Occupational Therapist | Cleveland, Ohio Sunbelt Staffing - 3.8 Cleveland, OH Job Details Contract 1 day ago Qualifications Master's degree Occupational Therapy License Full Job Description Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Key Qualifications:
Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Prior experience working within a school setting preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to create and implement effective individualized and group therapy programs Familiarity with IEPs and the special education process
Primary Responsibilities:
Complete assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to students' individual needs Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students across various grade levels Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members to support student goals Participate in IEP meetings and contribute timely, accurate documentation Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and adaptive equipment as needed Promote development of fine motor, sensory, and daily living skills to enhance student participation This is an excellent opportunity for occupational therapists eager to make a meaningful difference in the lives of students.
