• Heritage is seeking a Full-Time OT to join our in-house therapy team at Woodview located in Columbus.

• Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for patients.
• Administer therapeutic activities and exercises to enhance patients' functional abilities.
• Educate patients and their families on Occupational Therapy plan of care
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.

• Qualifications:

• State licensure as a Occupational Therapy.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
