Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and passionate part time Occupational Therapist to join our community-based Early Intervention team in Columbus, OH. Professional Requirements Active Ohio Occupational Therapist (OT) License (Ohio OTPTAT Board) Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Valid Ohio Driver's License; travel required for home and community visits Experience working with infants, toddlers, or families Responsibilities Conduct evaluations of fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills Provide family-centered therapy in homes, childcare centers, and community settings Develop and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) Coach and support parents and caregivers using evidence-based strategies Maintain accurate and timely documentation according to state and Early Intervention guidelines Collaborate with PTs, SLPs, service coordinators, and other team members How Invo Supports You We know there's more to life than a job, so we've put together a supportive package of insurances, allowances, and development tools to help you grow no matter your season of life. -- Personalized Assistance -- Your dedicated Employee Relationship Manager provides tailored support for you throughout your time at Invo, becoming a one-stop-shop to help navigate your career change We offer district intervention if you're struggling to find the support you need day-to-day Who is Invo Healthcare?
