Travel Make a meaningful difference as a travel Occupational Therapist in Columbus, OH. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to provide home health services to patients recovering from injury, illness, or disability. This role emphasizes patient-centered evaluations, development of individualized plans of care, and collaboration with clinical teams while exploring a new location. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Active Ohio Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Home health experience required. Experience providing OT services in patients' homes, including assessment, plan of care development, and oversight of OTAs. Experience with HCHB (Homecare Homebase) electronic medical record preferred. Ability to travel within assigned coverage areas, including Franklin County and parts of Madison and Delaware Counties.
Minimum education:
Bachelor's degree.
Preferred:
strong communication and customer service skills, flexibility, and ability to multitask.

Coverage Areas:
Franklin County, and portions of Madison and Delaware Counties; candidate must be able to travel between patient visits. Mileage reimbursement provided between visits from first patient to last patient.
On Call/Weekend Requirement:
