We're looking for an adaptable occupational therapist with a versatile skill set spanning school-based OT, home health, general healthcare, and teletherapy. Qualifications & Experience:
Current Occupational Therapist license in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain) Demonstrated experience in school-based occupational therapy services Background in home health, healthcare settings, and/or teletherapy platforms is a strong plus Solid understanding of IEP processes and compliance Proficient communication and documentation skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage caseloads efficiently Capacity to collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams, educators, and families
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and interventions for students, both in person and virtually as needed Contribute to IEP development and support progress monitoring Provide consultative support and practical strategies for teachers, support staff, and families Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with district and regulatory requirements Participate in meetings, training, and professional development opportunities Foster a positive, inclusive environment that encourages student engagement and participation
