PRN Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) - Dublin Post Acute Join Our Therapy Team! Dublin Post Acute is seeking a compassionate and skilled PRN Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) to provide high-quality therapy services to our residents in a skilled nursing and post-acute setting.
Position Highlights:
PRN / As Needed Flexible scheduling Supportive interdisciplinary team Competitive PRN rate
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat residents to improve independence and functional performance Develop individualized treatment plans and goals Provide interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, strengthening, safety, and adaptive equipment Collaborate with nursing, rehab, and interdisciplinary teams Complete timely and accurate documentation Support short-term rehab and long-term care residents
Qualifications:
Current Ohio OTR license required Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Passion for patient-centered care
