Job Description

Category Schools - OT Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting K-8 students as a skilled Occupational Therapist. In this role, you will have an impact across a diverse caseload of 18 students, providing essential OT support in a school environment near Hilliard, OH. With a manageable schedule of up to 12 hours per week, you'll deliver a total of 3,260 therapy minutes per quarter, making a meaningful difference throughout the 2026-2027 school year.
Desired Background & Skills:
Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) Experience delivering OT services in schools, home health, or healthcare environments Familiarity supporting grades K-8 and understanding the developmental needs at these levels Strong collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families Ability to manage and document therapy sessions efficiently while meeting IEP goals
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct OT services as determined by IEPs Maintain regular documentation of student progress and session outcomes Collaborate with educators, counselors, and families to support student achievement Develop and implement individualized activities and interventions to improve fine motor skills, sensory regulation, daily living skills, and classroom participation Communicate effectively about student progress and adjust strategies as needed Comply with all school and professional requirements during the 2026-2027 academic year
