Job Description

Wapak Manor is growing under new management , and we are looking for an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team. If you are looking for a role where you can build, improve, and make a difference daily , this is the right fit.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate residents and develop treatment plans Help residents improve daily living and functional skills Collaborate with nursing and therapy teams Maintain documentation and compliance standards Provide education to residents and families
Qualifications:
Licensed Occupational Therapist in Ohio Experience in skilled nursing preferred Team-oriented with strong clinical skills
