PRN Occupational Therapist (OT): Mansfield

JAG Healthcare is looking for a PRN Occupational Therapist Registered (OTR) who will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the Physician. All JAG Healthcare facilities are skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers with small homelike family-oriented atmospheres. QUALIFICATIONS

Must have a degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program. Must possess a current certification from NBCOT if required by state. Active state license required. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to supervise COTAs and OT techs.
