Valid occupational therapy license for Ohio (or eligibility) Minimum of one year of hospital-based occupational therapy experience preferred Commitment to high standards of professionalism, appearance, attendance, and punctuality Excellent communication and team collaboration skillsKey Responsibilities:
Assess functional levels and develop patient-centered treatment plans Deliver superior quality care with an emphasis on safety in handling, infection control, and work environment Participate in discharge planning, patient/family education, and adaptive equipment recommendations Document evaluations, treatments, and progress in accordance with departmental policies Mentor Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs), students, and new staff Actively engage in interdisciplinary team meetings, quality assurance initiatives, and conference participation Foster a service-driven attitude toward patients, visitors, and colleaguesBenefits and Perks:
