Immediately Job Description Bixby Public Schools is seeking a dedicated, collaborative School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT) to support students across West Elementary and West Intermediate schools. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive evaluations and implement evidence-based interventions to address diverse student needs in areas such as fine/gross motor skills, sensory processing, and visual-motor integration. By designing measurable IEP goals and delivering high-quality therapy, you will empower students to fully access their curriculum and thrive in the classroom. Student skill range from foundational developmental support at the elementary level to independence skills at the intermediate level. Collaboration and adaptability are central to this position, as you will manage a split schedule and serve as a vital resource for both campuses. You will partner closely with teachers, families, and special education teams to provide consultation on classroom accommodations, assistive technology, and environmental modifications. Candidates must hold a valid state OT license, ability to bill medicaid, and possess strong time-management skills to balance direct service with legally compliant documentation. This full-time, 10-month position that aligns with the school calendar.
