August 24, 2026 | ?? 40-Week Contract ? 40-41 Hours per Week About the Role We are seeking passionate Occupational Therapists (OTs) to support students in a school-based setting. In this role, you will help students build the skills they need to thrive both academically and functionally, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to support Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). This position offers a collaborative environment, the opportunity to mentor or supervise COTAs, and a dynamic, itinerant schedule across local school districts. What You'll Do Perform comprehensive student evaluations Develop individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals Deliver targeted occupational therapy services to support student success Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and therapy teams Delegate tasks and supervise COTAs (as applicable) Ensure accurate, timely documentation of services

Assignment Details Schedule:

40 hours/week (approx. 41 hours)

School-based across district locations

Travel:

Some local travel required (itinerant role)

Interview Process:

Virtual interview with HR Director and Program Director Qualifications Current Occupational Therapist license in the state of practice Minimum of 1 year of experience preferred (school-based experience a plus) Knowledge of and compliance with professional therapy standards CPR certification (if applicable) TB screening (questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray as required) Current health certificate (per state or contract guidelines) Ability to meet all federal, state, and local requirements Must be at least 18 years old

Compensation Pay Rate:
