Job Description We are seeking a PRN Registered Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team within our Skilled Nursing Facility. The OT provides patient-centered rehabilitative care following physician referral to help residents regain independence in daily living activities. This role supports both long-term care residents and short-term, post-acute rehabilitation patients, working collaboratively with nursing, therapy, and medical professionals to enhance functional outcomes and quality of life. Job Requirements NBCOT certification upon hire (renewal optional thereafter) Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program (BSOT or MSOT) Active Oregon OT license in good standing CPR certification upon hire (must remain current) One year of post-acute or related experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and email Strong communication, clinical judgment, and documentation skills Employer is an Equal Opportunity Employer Employer Notes Qualified candidates will possess the following: Must be able to participate in community health projects as needed Must be able to liaise with patients, families, and support departments Must be able to use proper body mechanics at all times Must be able to make independent decisions when appropriate Must be able to understand and interpret departmental goals, programs, and policies Must be able to maintain competency in areas including patient rights and safety/sanitation Must be able to maintain confidentiality and adhere to company policies and compliance procedures Must be able to follow occupational therapy treatment plans and establish or modify functional goals Must be able to oversee and evaluate OTA and Rehab Aide performance Must be able to chart accurately and use therapy software appropriately Must be able to assist in evacuations when required Must be able to sit, stand, bend, lift, push, pull, stoop, walk, reach, and move intermittently during the workday Hours PRN (as needed) Day Shift PayHourly Range:
