Schedule & Pay Full-Time, Part-Time and PRN/On-Call shifts available Starting at $47-$52 per hour depending on licensure and experience Skills & Abilities Screens, evaluates, and develops treatment programs for patients as needed Designs effective OT treatment plans and goals to meet individual patient needs Collaborates and communicates with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal outcomes Demonstrates ability and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time Applies effective problem-solving skills to support patient progress Performs other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Occupational Therapist licensure as outlined by the state Board of Occupational Therapy Bachelor's degree (preferred) Strong communication and collaboration skills with a focus on patient care Ability to create and implement individualized treatment plans to meet patient goals Completes documentation and billing accurately and on time Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet productivity benchmarks Benefits That Put You First Competitive pay with flexible scheduling options Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance for you and your family Company-paid life insurance with optional additional coverage 401(k) with company contributions Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) and paid holidays Tuition reimbursement & CEUs Annual licensure reimbursement (for full-time employees after one year of employment) Unlimited employee referral bonuses

Employee Referral Bonus Therapists:

$5,000 total bonus ($1,250 payouts)

Assistants:

$3,000 total bonus ($750 payouts) Paid at 3, 6, 9, and 12 months of the referred employee's tenure
