Provide patient-centered care to help residents with injuries, illnesses, or disabilities regain and improve daily living skills while experiencing a new community. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program. Active Oregon Occupational Therapy license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility (SNF) or long-term care settings preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with common SNF documentation systems and electronic medical records preferred. Client requires prior experience with geriatric populations and restorative or maintenance therapy interventions preferred.
