Job Description

Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is looking for an
  • Occupational Therapist
  • for our client in
  • Grants Pass, Oregon
  • !
    • Type:
    • 3 + months, with potential for extension
    • Pay:
    • $53 to $ 55.92/hr
    • Location:
    • Coverage areas: Grants Pass, Oregon Josephine County
    • Schedule:
    • 8 am to 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday
    • Mileage is reimbursed between visits, from first patient to last patient.
    • Responsibilities of the
    Occupational Therapist:
    • OT evaluations, subsequent visits, possible OT SOC, recertifications, resumptions of care, discharges
    • Qualifications for the
    Occupational Therapist:
    • Home health experience
    • Oregon Occupational Therapy License
    • Current CPR certification
